VAN BIBBER

Nestled in Old town Orange, Ca ... this 1908 Craftsman home needed a full update with restoration of the porch and carriage house. We updated the kitchen with recessed lighting and a farmhouse sink, built custom period shelving around the dining nook, and brought back to life many of the original quality charms in this classic Californian craftsman.
JEWEL
This 1940's downtown home had everything but outdoor space. Our team helped to design and build an oversized deck and custom seating for yoga, kids activities, and cozy outdoor entertaining. We added french doors from the down stairs master bedroom to keep it all connected.
SHAFFER
This 1921 classic craftsman needed a full update with restoration of the original design features. We worked with the clients needs for more of a contemporary open farmhouse concept. We removed walls, custom tailored the kitchen, replaced and updated all the wiring and plumbing to make this historic home feel brand new.
